This page explains how to delete your Trivia Quote account and the data
associated with it. You can request deletion at any time, and you do not need the app open
to do so.
How to request account deletion
Email privacy@cgandt.comfrom the email
address on your Trivia Quote account, so we can verify the request is yours.
Use the subject line “Delete my account”.
We confirm the request and permanently delete your account and associated data within
30 days, then email you to confirm it is done.
What we delete
Your account and the sign-in email address tied to it.
All gameplay data linked to your account: your answers, scores,
streaks, and the server-measured time you took to answer.
What we keep
After deletion we retain no personal data that identifies you. We may keep
anonymous, aggregate figures (for example, how many people played on a given day) that cannot
be linked back to you. If any minimal records are required by law, we keep them only as long as
the law requires and then delete them.
Deleting some data without closing your account
If you want to remove specific gameplay data (for example, resetting your scores or streaks)
while keeping your account, email privacy@cgandt.com from
your account address describing what you would like removed, and we will take care of it.
